The Macmillan Shop, which we designed in 2011, recently won an award for ‘Best Website Redesign’ at the 2012 ECMOD Awards. These awards, which were held in London on 27th March, celebrate business excellence in direct-to-customer retailing.
We have worked with Macmillan Cancer Support on a variety of projects since the re-design of their main website in 2008. With their e-commerce site, we worked in collaboration with the team at Macmillan on improving customer journeys and bringing the look and feel inline with their brand. We wanted to make it easier for Macmillan to feature a range of products in a fresh and engaging way, but also for customers to enjoy a more coherent shopping experience.
