Reporting

Grosvenor is an international group of property businesses, active in investment, development and fund management. It is privately owned. Its roots reach as far back as 1677, when Mary Davies, with her 500 acres west of the city of London, married Sir Thomas Grosvenor. The group now manages property assets worth £12.9 billion, of which 47% are outside the UK.

We've worked with Grosvenor for several years, both on-line and off, and as a result we know the brand well. The next logical step was to take on the annual report, and produce a document, and an online version, that explained the group well at a glance. The result is a crisp contemporary layout with plenty of clean lines and specially-comissioned international photography.
