Following our identity work for Westminster Terrace, a luxury apartment block in Hong Kong, Grosvenor asked us to help promote the building’s penthouse apartment. Offering 6,459 square feet of space replete with designer mod cons, the penthouse needed to appeal to a select and highly discerning audience.
Our work builds on the Westminster Terrace parent brand, while creating an identity that feels distinct and unique. By focusing on the texture of materials used in the apartment, and introducing the rooms in their natural sequence, the brochure gives the impression of experiencing and exploring the penthouse for yourself – an exclusive private tour, rather than a public view.
