The brief
Approach Bay makes an ideal base for any jet-setting Hong Kong businessman. The air is fresh, the views are stunning, and the financial district and airport are minutes away. Despite all this, the area wasn’t traditionally associated with high-end living. Westminster Terrace looked set to change that perception. Our brief was to position the apartment block as a byword for exclusive luxury.
The solution
With more than 300 years’ experience of managing prestigious estates in Mayfair and Belgravia, Grosvenor is steeped in a uniquely English tradition of luxury. Our work appealed to both brand-conscious local entrepreneurs and nostalgic ex-pats by tapping into this rich heritage, while clearly highlighting the benefits of the location.
